How do I become a Karen Foster Design retailer?

In order to become a Karen Foster Design retailer, you must fax or mail a completed and signed Wholesale Application along with a copy of your resale certificate, sales tax license, or completed exemption certificate. Your application will be reviewed and once we receive your first order we will assign you a customer number. For more information please see our Wholesale page.

 

How can I request a Karen Foster Design catalog?

Catalogs are only available to valid retailers. To request one, please fill out the online catalog request form which is available on our Wholesale page.

 

I can’t find Karen Foster Design products at my local scrapbook store, can I buy direct from you?

Unfortunately our products are not available in all areas, but you can order Karen Foster Design products from our partner website, www.scrapbookpaper.com.

 

Do you have a donation program?

Yes, we do have a donation program and offer current Karen Foster Design retailers and also non-profit organizations a donation on a once per calendar year basis. Donation requests will only be accepted through our online form. Click here to complete the request form.

 

Do you have an Angel policy?

Yes, we do have an Angel policy that provides the rules and regulations about using Karen Foster Design products in craftworks for sale. Please view the link at the bottom of the Wholesale page for the Angel policy.

 

Does Karen Foster Design attend consumer shows and conventions?

Karen Foster Design does not attend consumer shows and conventions as a manufacturer. We believe it is the right of our retailers to represent us at these shows. If you are interested in exhibiting and selling our products at a consumer show please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@karenfosterdesign.com or call 801-326-1349 as we have a special Consumer Show Program that provides incentives to those customers.

 

I am a scrapbook retailer and am interested in purchasing Karen Foster Design products. Can I buy KFD products through a distributor?

Yes, sometimes it is more convenient for a store to buy from a distributor and Karen Foster Design products are available through many U.S. distributors as well as international ones. For a complete list of our current distributors please see the link on the Store Locator page.

 

I have a new theme idea, can I submit this somewhere?

Yes, we appreciate any theme or new product ideas from our retailers and consumers. If you have any suggestions please email us at customerservice@karenfosterdesign.com or call us at 801-326-1349.

 

I love Karen Foster Design products, but unfortunately I have purchased a product that is defective or is damaged. How can I go about getting a replacement?

Sometimes during the manufacturing process, some products may end up with a defect or other problem. This is rare, but does happen, and is usually something beyond our control. If you have a Karen Foster Design product that has a defect or other problem, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@karenfosterdesign.com or call us at 801-326-1349 so we may send a replacement or take care of the problem in another way. All inquiries will be handled on a case by case basis.
